Not Bad Later Day Live Recording

"Since the breakup of the "classic" Hogs lineup, McPhee has generally played with sideman that keep it fairly straightforward. On this release one of my favorite bassists of all time,Jon Camp (see Renaissance)joins the group. Camp is clearly the best bassist Tony has worked with since the great Pete Cruickshank. One of the better 80's Groundhogs live recordings for sure, the performance blows away Hogs On The Road despite the fact that it sounds like (a very good)audience recording rather than a soundboard tape."
