"Just got this CD and it is just what I expected from The Great Divide......EXCELLENT! You just got to love those off-the-beaten-path lyrics that aren't boring like most of today's country music. These are guys you want to invite to your Sat. nite BBQ to drink a little and play a little music. These guys are real and so is their music."

"I stumbled upon these guys about six years ago, and since then, I have purchased all of their CDs...and I just can't stop playing them! Seriously, I will often just pop a few of their CDs into the stereo, and hit "Random," and I'll be happy all day...I just can't get tired of them! If you aren't familiar with them, their sound is a mix of country, rock, blues, and gospel, and you'll often find a little of everything on each album. It's not really radio-play music...much too real for that, but it is some of the best music you can find in any genre.Of all of their albums, this one is my favorite. I love all of the songs, but "Blue Skies," and "Floods" are especially great. "Wildflowers" is my favorite song they sing...simple, romantic, and honest...it's the kind of song that you want somebody to sing to you, because it means you're that special.If you want a new sound that you know you'll love, you absolutely can't go wrong with anything from The Great Divide...especially Afterglow!"
