Blue Note is either greedy or lazy

"How many times can a record label recycle the same material? In the case of "Ain't it Funky Now", this is at least the fourth time it has appeared on CD. Sookie Sookie makes its third appearance. While this is a good collection of Grant Green's funkier recordings, it is only a "must have" for those who don't own too many Grant Green records."

"A wonderful collection of funky jazz. If you like jazz, and anything funky you're going to love this disc. Simply put, Grant Green is a must. Great cover of the Meters' "Ease Back"."
