"E Pluribus Funk has everything I could ever ask for: good songwriting, a killer-sound (heavier than on the other albums)and superb vocals. Their blues and jazz influences make place for groovy hard rock on the entire album. I was told that the change of sound had a lot to do with Mark picking up a Gibson SG for this record, but the songwriting is more agressive too. Only on "Loneliness" they take some time to relax, but it builds up to a climax and perfectly closes the curtains on this album. This is what I call "Good singing, good playing" !"
