"I used to live in the Rochester NY area, and I had a chance to catch the Good Rats at I believe the Penny Arcade club in mid 80's. I had been given a copy of Ratcity in Blue just before they came to town and I played it to death. I could not believe the musicianship and vocal arrangements this band offered. They were unreal. These guys could play! It was one of those Peppi Birthday things and they rocked. I immediately got hooked on their stuff, both familiar and unfamiliar material. There is not a track that gets skipped over on the record, no throw away tunes here. If you like progressive rock with broadway type vocals and a great sense of humor, you'll love this record."
