Gogi Grant was a major star who appeared at top cabaret venues across America and on many of the major television shows of her era. In 1956 she was voted Most Popular Female Vocalist by Billboard magazine. Across this 2CD set we focus on her output from the late 50s with the albums Gigi , Welcome to my Heart , Torch Time and Granted It s Gogi , the later two containing fantastic orchestral backing of Henri René and Johnny Mandel.
