The 6th track that is over 10 minutes long is the best of the best and is being played in the club I go to here in Toronto. I get on the dance floor and scream "LAST NIGHT" and "GLORIA!" everybody is all smiles and enjoying the dance. This is going to be one of Gloria's all time best singles; right up there with "I Will Survive" "Honeybee" "Never Can Say Goodbye" "Reach Out I'll Be There" "I Am What I Am" and "Oh, What A Life" among many. The Queen of Disco is back, and, hey, you know what? She never went away."

She sings the song in the same compelling, articulate, determined conviction with which she implanted 'Survive' into our hearts and minds over 20 years ago. Last Night is a stunning single and the lady hasn't lost any of the magic in that unique vibrating voice of hers. Last Night (like 'Survive') is still being played to death in Londons gay clubs, but her record company, Logic Records, has released the wrong mix as the single. Hopefully, it will be re-released with the correct club hit mix edit. If it is, I expect this brilliant performance from the mother of Dance to top the charts here and aroiund the globe. "...which ranking in the pop-charts GG reached? I am curious to know what the best ranking of this mega song in the charts (US-charts, or European, or Canada or or or) has been. Does anybody know? I am German, and last month (June) was the first time that I heard this song in a club. Only in a club, nowhere else. What a pity! I would have bet that GG would make a hot spot among the Top Ten Charts somewhere in the world, but the wise German DJ said something of ranking 100 and above...
