"Flippin' Out" over this album...

"I purchased this album originally for "Where I Find..." I heard it in the movie "Dumb and Dumber", got hooked, and then bought the soundtrack. The more I listened, the more curious I got. So, when I spotted a used copy at a music store for $5, I grabbed it.
I was not disappointed. There are so many good tracks on this album. In fact, the only song that I skip over anymore is "Lemon Peeler". "Cope" is a great opener, shifting between light and dark throughout the track. "Figurine" is one of the most beautiful and mournful cuts I've heard in a while, although the uttering of the word "figurine..." after every line does get a touch repetative. "Gun" is a slower, punk-fashioned track, with some pretty good lyrics. I also really like "Pin Cushion"; from start to finish, a solid song.
All those I didn't mention are still great tracks and overall, this is a very good effort from a band that sadly got passed over."
