CD Reviews

Not About Me
Jim Reynolds | Orlando, Florida | 04/16/2000
(5 out of 5 stars)

"Back in 1988, I spent time with G.G. in Montreal, Vermont, and Boston(at Merle's). G.G. would tell people (jokingly) that the song "Hangin' Out With Jim" was written about me. Actually, it was written about his fondness for Jim Beam. Just thought I would clear that up."

"you know...gg allin may well have been the funniest man of the last 20 years...only those who actually knew him will ever know how much, if any, of this was to be taken seriously...but one thing is for certain, gg lived and died for, and because of, what he felt was rock n roll...gg...the danger you wanted never really returned...but it was not because of any lack of effort on your part...long live the outlaw scumfuc..."
