Maybe it was because I just didn't see myself liking a Reese Witherspoon offering; too much of a chick flick. But I've come full circle. Part of the reason is the music. George Fenton offers a thoughful and sensitive soundtrack that captures the subtle changes that take place as Melanie rediscovers her roots, herself and the man she has unwittingly loved for a lifetime.Terrific classical offering!Douglas McAllister" Not the Greatest 08/22/2003 (2 out of 5 stars) "While watching the move I thought to myself, "I have to get this soundtrack!" While listening to the soundtrack I thought to myself, "Eh, should have waited." Avril's "Falling Down" is the best song on this CD, followed by Shannon McNally's "Now That I Know."
