"Gemelli Diversi is one of the best Italian Hip Hop groups on the market. This album is full of nothing but 100% style, feeling, and spine tingling flows that bring out an Italian essance that could make anybody want to learn the language. With terrific production to spice up the sauce, Strano, THG, Grido, and Thema from the Spaghetti Funk crew should no doubt be in the studio cooking up more for their next album. Another good taste in Italian HipHop is Articolo 31, Space One, Frankie Hi-NRG MC, 99 Posse, and Piotta."

"GDV's Singer-rapper Strano, rappers Grido + Thema and DJ THG created a great album. There are wild, upbeat songs like "Cavalieri Senza Re", "Made In Italy" and "Musica", but also slow, touching songs like "L'ultima Lettera", "In Volo" and "Chi Sei Adesso". "Non Dirlo Ai Tuoi" definitely surpasses "Land Down Under" and is really fun: don't tell your parents for they think I'm a rogue, but come away with me... Eros Ramazzotti's original "Stella Gemella" doesn't sound nearly as good as the new "Anima Gemella": "sei la mia piccola ti penso" is the sweetest notion. Stanotte Rimani Qui claims "I want to get freakin' with you", enough said!
GDV transcends language - I'm not of Italian origin and don't know any Italian, but not understanding the lyrics (apart from the ones I've managed to find out) doesn't stop me from being completely in love with their music. If only there were enough fans in Canada to bring GDV over for concerts!"
