Great VG soundtrack then, still great now...

"I own this soundtrack (albeit with a different cover) for Final Fantasy VIII. Nobuo Uematsu shows his greatness with the variety of tracks. "Liberi Fatali" shows magnificence with both a full orchestra and a chorus singing in Latin. "Ami" shows a sentimental side when the game's characters reflect on their childhood. "Silence and Motion" is simply electronic music at its best when the characters visit Esther.

Songs from this soundtrack are always played whenever a symphony does "Final Fantasy." Listen to the tracks and you will understand why."
