CD Reviews

Just for the sake of getting a more even average
11/13/2000
(5 out of 5 stars)

"Despite those who sleep, Krush is a skilled musician as are the rest of the musicians on this piece. Most people won't ever hear this anyways, but it's recommended for fans of Milight. If you got the last Krush mix CD and like Boss from tha Blue Herb, then you can hear him rip two more dope tracks on here. Anyways, this isnt meant to be a particularly helpful review. The 1 star rating from 1 reviewer was just a little discouraging."

"In a word -- amazing. While many djs in the states are selling out and dumbing down and remixing Madonna and spinning for the status quo DJ Krush is getting older and wiser. Working with DJ Hide and DJ Sak he has made my favorite Krush to date. My roommate even gained a profound new respect for DJ Krush and also began his own discovery music from Japan. If you have any doubts about paying out the money the very first track is easily worth the import cost. In a genre full of Saschas and Oakenfolds and redundancy, Krush progresses."

"really, i'm not always the biggest krush fan (i like him better when i confusingly mistake him for krust), but this release kicks. it's got some deep kickin bass (don't know how you could fall asleep to it) without being too much. ok, sure it's got that japanese "it's what isn't there that counts" thing going on, but it works. it's melodic, upbeat, but not crazy. the kind of music you can work to at 2 am."
