"Im a fanatic of ancient and baroque music, Teleman is one of the best of them, contemporary of Bach, in this CD show (in its four parts) a beautifull develop of diferent voices (soprano, contralto, tenor, bass) in solo parts and choruses part. I think you will enjoy this very much. Its divided in four parts, and any of them is like a masterpiece itself; each one represent a day time (morning-soprano, noon-contralto, afternoon-tenor, night-bass). The director made an excellent performance."

"Another in Hermann Max's Telemann series. Singers Barbara Schlick, Soprano, David Cordier, Counter Tenor, Christoph Pregardien, Stephen Varcoe, Bass Plus the Rheinische Kantorei and orchestra, Das Kleine Konzert. This disc is much to be preferred to the Collegium Musicus Freiburg / Schäfer version on DHM for 4 reasons: Firstly that dates from 1987 and is ADD recording, secondly DHM's Baroque Esprit reissues don't include texts (shame on them!), thirdly this disk contains a filler "Daran ist erscheinen die Liebe Gottes". The filler brings the CD timing from 54'00 up to 69'00. Fourthy the singing and playing is tighter and tempos faster."
