"i saw these guys on tour with roadside monument a few years ago. roadside couldnt make the show since thier van broke down (it became a roadside monument, huh huh) but frodus showed up, and played one of the most high energy, spazztic shows i have ever seen to about 8 people. i was immediatly a fan.
frodus are crazy fun. aptly refering to their sound as "spazzcore", they combine math rock hardcore punk with deep spit vocals to create, well, spazz. thier style is harsh, to be honest, listening to long gives me a headache, but it becomes hypnotic.
the entire theme of frodus is fun as well. like listening to a sci fi hardcore band (and not at all corny) they combine a theme of futuristic science fiction economy horror with an insane brand of hardcore music.
unfortunatly, frodus broke up a year or two ago. luckily, (or tragicly) they earned quite a fan base when the machines died, and much of thier material can be found quite easily.
the majority of tracks are simulaur, though the devo cover "explosions" with its insane moogs is a catchy standout (by far one of my favorite songs of all time) and the three instrumentals add some balance to an otherwise highspeed record. i honestly can't recomend this band enough. its rare to find such a creative band. its truly a shame that they broke up.
for those with a taste for creative, thought provoking hardcore."
This is my favorite album ever!

"Frodus Conglomerate International is by far one of the most origional EMO bands I have ever heard. Their ingeneous rythums produce a groove i have never before experienced. I went to their concert in october and got to talk to the Drummer and singer/guitarist of the power trio. They were mass cool and didn't shun us or anything. This is by far my favorite album i have ever owned."

"When Roadside Monument broke up I started to look for something similar. When I heard Frodus I knew I had. Then I saw them in concert, I was amazed at the energy they created. Later my friends and I talked to a couple of the band members. I was surprised how they didn't have huge egos and would chat with thier fans. The music Frodus creats is very complex and full of creativity. It's also very catchy. I often find myself shouting out the vocals while listening to the CD. This is by far one of my favorite albums."
