The original compositions on INTUITION range from the very rhythmic (Organic Purity) to the meditative (L'tang). Pieces such as The Way I Thought or Insomnie are more fanciful, letting one's thoughts float freely about. In this respect, Franois CARRIER's music, with its occasional unpredictability, seems to flow out of a sens of great inner freedom. On bass, Pierre CT is a remarkable presence. A style that is very expressive, and there is nothing that doesn't come from pure feeling. Franois CT can be solid and discreet, or percussive and robust, and does it well.
