"The question: How can angsty industrial music, old-school grunge music, and indie-rock combine to please the dissillusioned youth of pop culture? Answer: Fly. Despite the monotony that comes with being an angst ridden rock band, Fly pulls through to make a magnificent debut album. You can tell that these guys have been fed the beef stew of drunken grunge stars and love-haters their entire life. You hear Soundgarden in their progressions, as well as NIN. It's high time old-core rock got a new headliner, and Fly could be the guys who lead the movement."

"Simply - One of the best albums released in the last ten years that never got any airplay, promotion or interest... Not surprising as their record label is out of business and the band has since disbanded... But the record lives on - a melding of solemn and quirky heroin rock meets Stone Temple Pilots with excellent songwriting and bizarre lyrics... definitely not for everybody - but well worth the listen if an ecclectic mix of post-grunge rock is your cup of tea."
