"Now, I hesitate to compare bands, but since we all have to have something to relate to... I originally heard a Flowchart song called Yosho on the album Cumulus Mood Twang during one of my nighttime sessions listening to Real Audio's Ambient radio feed. I was immediately taken by the sound... electronic, with some emphasis on the analog sounds that I love in Stereolab. In my typical fashion, I came here and found lots of stuff out of print, but available used... I bought everything I could find, but of the these, I have only really had time to listen to Evergreen Noise is Flexible... and I love it. Some songs have this Stereolab meets My Bloody Valentine feel... others are closer to Spiritualized with the guitar jam. But, don't think that means that this band is not unique... they do have their own sound, and for me it is addictive. Based on what I can find out--their sound has moved around a bit, but I love this album as it is. I can't wait to hear the rest of their stuff."
