CD ReviewsFaust - 'BBC Sessions +' (Recommended) Mike Reed | USA | 03/30/2009 (4 out of 5 stars) "Glad to see that 'BBC Sessions' is now finally available as a single-disc title. Before, you could only obtain it as part of the co$tly 'Wumme Years' 5-CD box set. Liked pretty much every track here, especially with the early 1973 BBC session that included the jazzy "Lurcher", the band's awesome twelve-minute landmark epic "Kraut Rock" and the quirky "Do So". Some familiar tunes {well, similar anyway} I'm sure I have heard on the '71 Minutes Of Faust' compilation - like "Party 9" and "Party 1". Also enjoyed the highly experimental "(360)", the out-there "We Are The Hallo Men" and the tripping - alternative edit of "So Far". A worthy title to be sure and check out. Shouldn't be too hard to find."
