"Fat Day are a bizarre band; even coming from a background as riddled with weirdo bands as the whole noise-rock/punk/crazy metal scene is, Fat Day continues to make me wonder what their deal is. You don't adjust or get used to their weirdness, you just sort of accept bewilderment. This disc is divided between crazy, thrashy noise-punk (the longest maxing out at 50 seconds) with uber-snotty vocals, sounding a little like F.Y.P. on high-speed dub and cheesy-sounding electro tracks which sound like they made on a broken casio keyboard. I like them, they're a nice break for breakneck pace of the noise-punk songs and even though they're cheesy, they have some very catchy melodies.
I personally reccommend them, fans of An Albatross and Daughters will probably eat it all up, as it's very good, weird but also substantive, and just under 20 minutes long."
