2010 CD EP release from the Brooklyn-based band led by Charlie Looker, who spent six years in ZS and a short stint in the Dirty Projectors. With Extra Life, Looker explores the depths of experimental music, mixing various chamber, prog, and post-hardcore styles. The bands first album, Secular Works, was released in 2008 and garnered some attention from Stereogum's Bands to Watch column. Their second album, entitled Made Flesh, is out now.
