From the band's autobiograhy:The band started its activity in the 2001 raising from the ashes of Maelstrom, a swedish death metal oriented band in which i (Tiziano Marcozzi) and Alessandro Croce(both founders of the band) played for three years(1995-1997) publishing a demo cassette in the 1997. In the 2000, wanting to restart the band with the aid of Gino i bringed back the project to life. In the 2001 Alessandro come back in the band and soon after we completed our line-up with Piero Arioni at the drums. we wanted to focus our attention on our playing style getting more and more technical, without leaving behind a taste for melody and a special care for the lyrical part of the songs. Our main influences come from the USA Death Metal / Heavy style such as Death, Control Denied, Annihilator, Watchtower, Atheist and all the Classics metal Acts such as Irons, Priest and Queensryche. The result of our first steps was the 2002 release promo cd "Duality Conflicts"(4 tracks, each with a different personality) it sounds good and heavy, althought being not a perfect recording and have good lyrics concerning many aspects of human evolution, It gained immediately the attention of the online and paper network (Rock Hard above all). we started a live activity soon after the release of Duality and was then followed by the second promo "Seizure of rationality" (3 tracks more compact and heavy in style,good reviews around) in the 2005 which identifies very well our actual sound and will to be more recognizable among the actual metal scene. The lyrics are directed toward the conspirational aspects of our reality without leaving behind the evolutionary matter of mankind. we entered the 16th cellar studios in Rome this year and recorded our new cd.
