"The "Soulful Interpretations" of the Excelsior Choir here are WONDERFUL! This group of young people have the Message and Ministry in music in check. They not only let us know "It's Our Time" to be blessed, but tell us how to prepare for the Blessing of God by surrendering and asking Him to "Use Me" and saying "Yes" to His Will and His Way by telling the Lord "I'll Trust You." The Praise/Worship selections "None Like You" & "Spirit Of The Lord Fall On Me" are perfect for invoking the Presence of the Lord into your church service. The songs of gratitude "I Am Grateful" and "Thank You" will inspire you and the congregation to give the Lord what is due to Him at all times.Even the song "The Blood (Will Never Lose Its Power)" in its "James Brown" flavor loses no power as it is sung with great Energy. This is one you'll DEFINITELY want to add to your Gospel Music collection."

"The music on this CD is very inspirational. It's not like many others that have maybe 2.5 good songs with the rest being boring space fillers. It took me a couple of days to listen to the CD because several songs were so good that I kept my player on song repeat. I gave it 4 stars due to the case being very cracked. I didn't think that the CD was OK until I played it. I'm well pleased."

"Excelsior is in my Top 5 list of favorite choirs because of that vibratic, energetic sound they have. But to top it off, they can go from church sound to straight hip hop gospel sound and cross no bounderies! My favorite cuts is "It's my Time" and "A Brand New Day." The have that celtic dynamics that make Excelsior!"

"I can truly say that I really enjoy this album. This choir is bad! I think that this choir is fairly new and usually when a choir is fairly new, the material isn't that great. I know they've recorded before, but I had never heard of them before now. They are on my radar screen now. This choir kind of reminds me of Ricky Dillard and Nu G. The vocals are along that same style. The instumentation, the lyrical and musical arrangements are great. This choir is extremely polished. There is no rawness to the production, because the production is extremely polished as well. "It's My Time" is a great first cut and tunes the listener in real quick. "Use Me" just keeps you grooving. If you've never heard of this choir, buy the album and you'll never forget about them. I was looking for a good choir album and I found it with this album. I even like the studio tracks, which is rare for me. Usually when a choir sings behind studio tracks, they worry more about the beats than they do the vocals. This is not the case. Be BlessedPS-Excelsior In The House!"
