The recordings were taken from radio broadcasts in Copenhagen (Denmark), Malm" (Sweden), and Hamburg (Germany). Of the three, only the Hamburg performance was previously released on LP. (It was originally released on an obscure label, and has been out of stock for many years.) The broadcasts from Copenhagen and Malm" have never been previously released on any format.
