"Ernie's first released album Lo Fidelity--was just that, lo-fi. As a result, it was hard to truly hear the beautiful voice I would come to know. All of the songs on LoFi were good, but you couldn't really get into it the way you can a fantastially produced album. In his 2nd album, Congress Hotel, you could hear that fantastic tone that is Ernie. His voice, variety and soulful vocal punches were awesome and combined with great songwriting, it made the album fun to listen to and sing along with. Starting Over is the best album to date (in my opinion) and really showcases his vocal talent as well as his great use of rhythm and of course songwriting. He sounds great in My Heart is with You and the VERY ALLURING Blue Dress. You'll want to be (or have) a Pretty Girl, after hearing that great track. This album is in my CD player constantly and it just doesn't get old. The songs are varied enough to stop boredom and his voice has enough variety to keep you interested. Ernie is an awesome performer...and this album definitely does that beautiful voice of his, great justice!"
