Disc One starts out with what Erick considers to be deep, very sexy and with vocals, taking his audience for a pretty pumped up ride the whole way. The second CD has different influences of minimal and progressiveness, it's throbbing but still keeps that sexy vibe. It has very deep basslines but is definitely tougher and darker, in keeping with the way Erick has made all elements of House music come together and exactly how an Erick Morillo experience would play out on the night. All-in-all, Subliminal Summer Sessions 2009, a compilation that is packed full with music that will feature prominently in his live sets that proves just why Erick Morillo remains at the very top of the game.
