The head titles (in the rare stereo mix) are interpreted by Domenico Modugno. a brief but intense score based on contemporary sounds (Aforismi, Teatrino All'aperto 1, Teatrino All'aperto 2), mystic-epic music (Nidi Di Rondine) and 60's sonorities (Scuola Di Ballo Al Sole). The CD also includes the soundtrack to Cartoni Animati, 1997, a movie by Franco and Sergio Citti starring Fiorello. This score is close to Pasolini's world for the particular atmospheres created by mandolins.
