"This is a great debut album for this fantastic Perth 4 peice band. This self titled first Album is a very catchy mix of rock and poppy tunes with odd ballard thrown in for good measure.
Stand outs are without doubt the very popular 'Rough Diamonds' which is just a great catchy tune that has everything, 'Anymore', the pop hit 'Oh Yeah' and the slower 'Seize the Day' that closes the album beautifully.
Justin Burford is the lead singer, hailing from the Sleepy Jackson previosly has a sensational, distinct voice that could almost sound Daniel Johns like.
This isn't the greatest rock album ever made, because it doesn't test any new barriers, but not a poor album at allI have found it very catchy.
All in all a very solid album that can easily be listened through and can be turned up loud when needed. Not one bad song on the album.
I would say some bigger and better to come. Give it a listen.
