This is a great childrens' album. It is a compilation of her music over the years and is quite enjoyable. Yes, it's repetitious and simple, but that's just what children need. The originality of her music helps it keep from becoming too boring for adults.

A Great Children's CD!

"My Co-teacher first checked this CD out from our local library to use in our classroom. We found that our students LOVED IT! They loved it so much I realized I had to own my own copy:) This CD lends cultural awareness and age appropriateness for all primary aged children-"

"This CD is popular with my 1-year-old, and I enjoy it, as well. My daughter seems to especially enjoy the songs which feature children singing with Ella, of which there are several. I enjoy the folk-songy sound of the songs. I especially like "Out of the Wilderness," though my daughter prefers some of the other songs. It was a good choice for us."
