Harmetz brings her lyric qualities to songs My True Love from Phantom and Come Ready And See Me and soars with strength and emotional grandeur on So In Love from Kiss Me Kate and How Could I Ever Know, from the musical The Secret Garden. Her comedic timing is evident on Everybody Wants To Do A Musical from the musical Nick & Nora by Charles Strouse and Richard Maltby while Can't Help Lovin' That Man Of Mine and Bill from the musical Showboat are sincerely performed with a constrained sentimentality free from affectation.
