"Adventures in Eville is such a amazing cd. The band has come along way from their first record in 06 and this new record shows it. Some of the new songs surprised me. I highly recommend this cd to anyone who loves Eleventyseven or just wants a good cd to dance to."
Absolutely Stunning!

"I must say, Eleventyseven has reached a new best with this album. They bridged the gap between, "And The Land of Fake Believe" and, "Galactic Conquest." On, "And The Land of Fake Believe" we found an emerging punk band with great potential. Then, on their sophomore album, "Galactic Conquest" they proved they could reach beyond their punk music and created techno songs like, "Love in Your Arms" and, "Galaxies Collide." Their latest masterpiece, "Adventures in Eville" takes the best of both albums and gives you what I call, "electro punk."
The opening song, "Nightmare" has a Switchfoot/Relient k/Everyday Sunday feel to it. It kicks off the album with a bang, cleverly mixing synthesizers and guitars to form a pure genius, upbeat, sing and dance along song.
"The Best I Can" slows it down a bit, but doesn't lose the energy of the album. It takes powerful synthesizers to create a deep feeling to it, while mixing in guitars. It gives off the kind of feeling that you would find in the Eleventyseven hit, "Nostalgatopia."
It thens moves into the third track, "Evil Genius." Another very techno song with a strong beat and witty lyrics. One of the best on the album for sure!
The fourth song, "Trying" is a monumental achievement for Eleventyseven. We've seen deep songs from them like, "Here With Me", "Reach That Far" or, "It's Beautiful" but nothing like this. It mixes strong guitar riffs with moving synthesizers and deep and moving lyrics. It is a MUST HAVE off of this album.
The fifth song, "Redeem the Scene" is interesting to say the least. It starts out with DJ and kicks into an intense guitar riff. It is an upbeat song, but cannot compete with some of the previous songs on the album.
The sixth song, "Prom Song" is a cute song about the Senior Prom. It has powerful guitars riffs and synthesizers. Great job on vocals by Matt.
The seventh song, "Lonely Word" is one of two love songs of the CD. It has great synthesizers and great guitar work and very upbeat. It is another great hit by Eleventyseven.
"Back When We Were Kids" is a nostalgic song, thinking back to the days of childhood. Almost every person can relate to the song and is a must have just for the lyrics.
The ninth song, "Like You Rock" starts off with a moving guitar riff and then a synthesizer kicks in. With powerful guitars and entertaining synthesizers and the vocal effects, it is a great song about being different from everyone else.
The tenth and final song, "End of Time" starts out with a deep piano melody and followed by a variety of synthesizers kicking in. It is a lyrically and musically beautiful slow song. It's that song that you imagine kicking in right at the kissing scene in a movie. I would rank this in the top 3 songs on the album.
