"Everyone who knows of Eiffel 65 knows about Blue, but for the same price you can get the US release of their CD and get 2 versions of Blue, but best of all, you get 12 other tracks, including "Too much of Heaven", my new personal favorite track. These guys are definitely worth getting to know better, so buy the WHOLE cd- it's well worth it."

It's not about depression!

"I love the 'Blue' song for the beat and the catchy chorus (piano sounds awesome)and the urge to get up and dance. The lyrics are simple but I want to convey something I learned about the meaning of the song that most people don't know. Eiffel 65 was interviewed on TV and the lead singer clarified that the song wasn't about being depressed but rather it focused on that point in your life when one word or object symbolizes you and what you are and what you hope to become. For our vocoder artist it's the color blue. It's not about depression at all and who ever said he sings "I will deed, I will die" in the chorus is way confused. This song is simple and yet it does have a meaning that you may not understand the first couple times you hear it. It doesn't convey a single depressing message. Just thought I'd clear things up. I'll bet even the people that hate this song have the chorus running through their heads. The hook to this song is great and the radios can play it as much as they want to, in my opinion. 'Blue'is best."
