CD ReviewsSo underrated! Thaddeus Mcilroy | San Francisco, CA USA | 01/30/2005 (5 out of 5 stars) "Eddie Gomez came to fame during his long period with the Bill Evans Trio (1966-77). While he has performed steadily since then, mostly backing up "bigger" names, he has a trio (sometime quartet) that tour overseas, apparently mostly in Japan. This fine album features Stefan Karlsson on piano and the very fine Jimmy Cobb on drums. The same trio perform on the CD "Dedication" (along with Jeremy Steig on flute), a studio album that's the perfect complement to this very "live" live album."
