"good cd...i first heard of her through that a$$ in your face single, she was spittin hotness so i had to check it out.
Great album!!!
the intro sounded a little weird, but it eventually grew on me and by the 4th time i played the cd..(yes its that hot!) it was a favorite. her accent was a lil funny cus im used to east coast female rappers,(sorta like how poeple took to beanie sigel in the beginning) but when i got passed that i was feeling this chick a lot...she has the hook making potential of of a female 50 cent, and raps like she'd been listening to beanie, fabolous, and foxy brown for years.... you can tell she can only get better because i got the feeling she was holding back on some of these tracks, maybe saving the hellfire for the sophomore, but this effort was good enough, i paid cash 4 this cd, and im very satisfied. and i also i agree...you might skipp at most 3 tracks...but thats because u might not be in the mood at the time...every song on the CD is at least a 3.5 out of 5"

"This album is off the chain. This gurl got mad skillz 4 real. Cuz think about it...aint no female rappers really bringin heat since Missy E and Lauryn Hill. The first time I listen 2 this record gurl had some ill lines that made me run it back. She good at tellin stories rather than pilin a buncha words 2gether and tryna passem off as legit subject matter. I say cop it cuz like kid said b/f me u probably only skip 3 songs that are just aight."
Pretty Good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"People don't give Ebony the props she deserve. She is a good artist but sometimes she dosn't rap to the beat. Her album was actually good. You will only skip 3 songs. The rest of the album is hot. This ia a pretty good debut album by a female rapper and Ebony Eyez deserves to be heard. I would really suggest you hear the album before u buy it though, then maybe you can decide. I'd give her a chance. Also check out Trina's Glamorest Life, that's the stuff right thurr, right thurr. HAHA!!!! Check this CD out though."

"I was looking at this cd for awhile. But never got it til the other day. I saw it at the stores and decided to give it a shot. I am so glad that did. Ebony Eyez is a serious up and coming rapper period male or female. She has skills from song to song. She spits the verses with a fierce and on point intensity that's rarely seen. She doesnt have to sell herself or wear next to nothing to get attention. The songs on "7 Day Cycle" do that for her. There isnt a track here that i didnt enjoy listening "Good Vibrations" was ok for what it was.
Everything is hot and on fire, loved In Ya Face and the remix with Trina as well, Act Like a B**** and both of the songs she has with Trey Songz as well. Seriously the cd should be bought or at least listened to by anyone out there lookin for a rapper that brings the skills. Without all the unnecessary fluff in between. Ebony Eyez is the truth and i really hope she releases another cd in the near future. Keep doing it!!"
The best rapper out of St. Louis period!!!

"7 day cycle is easily one of the best albums of 2005. Ebony Eyez has skills, the production is incredible and she doesnt stoop to selling p****y on records like the rap hookers that came before her did. My favorite tracks are act like a bitch, dear father, right back, stand up, heart of a soldier, broken wings, real life etc. The only track that sucks is good vibrations and for an obvious reason... all tracks about self-pleasuring suck! Oops oh my by tweet, toys by missy elliot and touch myself by t-boz all suck!!! Its sad that a great mc like Ebony eyez is slept on when she did what dingaling, gaykwon and smelly couldnt do and thats gain respect for a St.Louis mc. Dont hesitate to pick this album up. Its better than the commercial garbage that we have to suffer through everyday!"
