If you are a fan of the show then you don't need a reason. If you like new age or instramental music this is also a great CD for you. However if you are looking for Star Trek type music which is very happy and uplifting you might be disapointed. The Music of E:FC reflects the feeling of the TV show. Earth has been invaded by enigmatic aliens. The music has a mysterious and sombre feeling. The CD is worth it just to have the theme song and the ending vocals from the TV show. Favorite Tracks: Main Title, Sleepers, Atavus, Dimensions and Volunteers. I hope they do a Volume 2 because theres alot more great music in the later seasons of the show."
