Very relaxing.

"This CD calms me almost instantly. Maybe it's the "inaudible pulses of sound." Jeffrey Thompson's systems incorporate, or perhaps I've just conditioned myself to relax when I hear it. Whatever the reason, it soothes me, and helps our daughter nap too.
I like the music. It sounds a bit like a piano and flute playing a gentle, continuous duet. Other music, Mozart or Bach for example, has beginnings and ends, moods change, which can be a little distracting. This is more constant, a little like meditation.
I listen to it before retiring. Then when I feel sleepy I turn it off. I wouldn't be comfortable listening to this one all night. Some reviewers have criticized the recording quality of CD's in the series. This one seems fine to me. Perhaps our stereo, or my ears aren't as sensitive as some. Of the CD's I've heard in this series, this is my favorite.

"This CD really works. I am finally enjoying a full nights sleep. I highly recommend this for all insomniacs out there who don't want to take medication."

"I just love this CD, I first heard it in my acupuncturist's office. ( he plays space out music while the needles are in you) I knew then that I wanted it for my self. I play it over and over and over."
