"Well, this is the first review I ever wrote. I bought this cd to help with my insomnia problem, but a little stress relief doesn't hurt either. Well, there are some interesting tips and advise on this cd, and I kind of liked the stress relief hypnosis section. The image of floating on a raft in warm water baking in sunshine is very relaxing. But he uses the same image again with the sleep hypnosis. A little variety would be nice!
The worst part: After I finally started to doze off listening to the sleep hypnosis part I suddendly almost fell off my bed wide awake again because it was followed by a loud music and a cheerfull female voice advertising more products from Dr. Walton! What the heck were they thinking???"

"This is a self-help CD I can definitely recommend. I've enjoyed great success with it. The author's voice is calming and trustworthy, his instructions are clear and - most importantly of all - EFFECTIVE. My only regret is that I didn't buy this CD months ago when a friend suggested it."

"As a psychiatrist who has had life-long issues with insomnia, I found Dr. Walton's CD very helpful for myself, and have recommended this CD to my patients who are struggling with insomnia. Dr. Walton has a very calm and soothing voice, and I do indeed achieve a deeper sleep when I listen to this CD. Learning to relax in preparation for sleep and maintaining good sleep habits are very important tools to learn. I believe that this CD is a fine instrument for the first-timer, or one (such as myself) who has used other relaxation-type tapes and CDs. I've availed myself of some of Dr. Walton's other materials and have found them to be therapeutic, well thought-out, and well done."

"After struggling with insomnia (brought on by stressful life events) for the past 6 months,I was recommended this CD by a friend who got great relief from his own sleeping problems.I know that listening to a CD is no substitute for a good therapist, but, instead of taking sleeping pills, which left me feeling groggy for hours the next day, I thought I would give it a try. I wasn't expecting much, but, to my amazement, it actually worked! What a relief to sleep soundly for the first time in months, and to awake refreshed, and to function like a human being again. Dr. Walton really has an amazing gift. I only wish he practiced nearby so I could go to him as a patient! I highly recommend this excellent CD."
