Using a process developed by JVC & Universal Music Japan discovered through the joint companies' research into LCD display manufacturing SHM-CDs feature improved transparency on the data side of the disc allowing for more accurate reading of CD data by the CD player laser head. "I ordered the CD and it was not the SHM format.

When I called to returnI had to pay the freight even though it was the wrong product.

The customer service person didn't have aclue of what a SHM CD is.

Buyer Beware"
