This disk covers his best work as a leader. But what else do you expect when you know that he was a very gifted composer and producer, which had musical friends like Michael Brecker, Dave Holand, Peter Erskine and many other great players and singers like James Taylor. Disk 1 is my favourite and it will be a jazz classic within ten years from now."
