CD ReviewsGleefully hetrosexual Rock n' Roll. Kenneth French | 01/07/1999 (5 out of 5 stars) "50 and 60's Garage punk pop with clever lyrics. Girls, booze and tyranical nuns make for stereotypical Irish-Catholic misfits on a road to nowhere but loving the ride there." Dogmatics are awesome! J. Dwyer | Massachusetts | 01/17/2009 (5 out of 5 stars) "Wow. So glad to know that I can buy the album, even though it is a download, vs. a CD. What a great band! I only wish it had 'It Sure Don't Feel Like Christmastime' on it. That's okay, though. It still rocks! " Great rootsy punk from a great, too-short-lived band Kenneth French | Montclair, NJ | 04/21/2003 (5 out of 5 stars) "The Dogmatics were the best band in Boston at a time when there were some great Boston bands. They made two EPs (both of which are compiled here) and a few singles, then broke up after bassist Paul O'Halloran was killed in a motorcycle accident. Anyone who ever went to Catholic school can relate to "Sister Serena" and anyone who liked punk when all your classmates were into metal will love "Hardcore Rules." I love these guys. Side note: singer Jerry Lehane is a cousin of crime novelist Dennis Lehane."
