"Dirty, the south's own underground sensation who you've probably never heard of, returns with their third album Love Us Or Hate Us. After some major label problems with Universal, they find a home in Rap-A-Lot and release their second album in about 6 months. On this album Da Pimp & Da Gangsta have a lot to get off their chest about their label situation, grinding, pimpin, playing, chilling, and reflecting. Every song on this album is musically and lyrically sound. In my opinion, this is by far Dirty's best effort. The production is top notch but the real winner here is the introspective storytelling of the duo. They bring you in and captivate on songs such as Paid My Dues (with an excellent interpolation of Love Don't Live Here Anymore), The Title Track, Gangsta Wife, No Tears, Ain't No Sunshine, and If I Die Tonite. The duo also offer some of the crunkness that the south is known for with `I Wish' and `Keep My Name Out Yo Mouth'. But where they really get down is on the song meant for that gangsta lean in your car. `We Still', 24 Inches Woodgrain Grippin, and Pimp Life are easily the best songs on the album ( besides Paid My Dues ). All in all this is one of the best dirty south releases of the year and one of the best albums released this year PERIOD. 5 stars."

"For anyone that listens to hip hop, to not like this album is absurd. Your not listining close enough. This is one of the best southern rap albums ever. I used to listen to them when their first album was released and I was very interested, then I joined the military, and a short time later their second album dropped, and I didn't like one song on it. A year and a half later, while I was deployed in Iraq for the first time, I came across this album and was kind of scepticle due to the lacky second album and their signing with Rap-A-Lot records. But I had to give it a chance. I found this is by far their best album. So many great tracks on it and excelent production and beats. Their flow on "Ain't No Sunshine", is some of the realest s**t I've ever heard. The lyrics hit so close to home it almoast brings tears to my eyes! I really hope they come up because people are missing out on such a damn good thing."

"I basically agree with every review on here. This CD was and still is a great cd. Atleast 5 bangers and no bad tracks at all. Recommend this cd to anyone and I can't wait to get the chopped & screwed version."
