CD Reviews

DIVALICIOUS! Stunning, Beautiful...Ms. Ross U R the Best!
Rene Bravo MD | MIAMI, FL United States | 11/02/2006
(5 out of 5 stars)

"This is a masterpiece. If the Grammys don't recognize this album, they won't have my respect. I don't recall ever seeing Barbra or Whitney interpreting a song with the emotion that Ms. Ross does. Now, I'm not putting these other songbirds down, they sing beautiful. But Diana can cry through a song with emotion & interpret a performance like no other. I've seen her do it in concert many, many times. In the Central Park Concert, in the HBO Special, etc.

This long awaited album is beautifully crafted with classic songs that the original Dreamgirl makes her own.

In 1976, Billboard magazine named her the female entertainer of the century. In 1993, The Guinness Book Of World Records pronounced her the most successful female music artist ever. I just can't imagine how Clive Davis let the opportunity of a lifetime drift away.
