A very good CD to escape the chaos that is everyday life

"After hearing their track "Theta" (not on this CD) I was hooked. I had a hard time finding his work, but when I saw this CD I jumped at the opportunity to buy it. Let me tell you this was one of the best CD's i've ever heard! "Manual transmission" was the first song I liked. After listening to the CD a few more times, "the inverted man (dreaming)," "sil lum tao," "fractal (in)," and "prana" became part of my list of favorite tracks. Out of the whole CD i'd have to say that I liked "fractal (in)" the most. You can just close your eyes, listen to the track and feel yourself floating away in a sea of sounds. Highly recommended!!"
Words can't explain just how great this cd is!!!

"Like most people, I first saw this cd on one of those music guides to show the person's favorite cds "Black Buildings" by Detroit Escalator Co. was on it. Don't get discouraged by the price, this cd is from PeaceFrog Records (UK) which didn't print a lot of copies for some reason. I would describe the music to be "ambient and relaxing." The everyday life of urban Detroit inspired the artist with sounds that resemble its atmosphere and industrial aspects. I compare this album as a big burst of fresh air due to the cheesy & unoriginal music that dominates its genre. I pretty much enjoyed every song on this cd, but if I had to pick a couple standout tracks, they would be "No. 2", "Point of Entry" & "Inverted Man (Dreaming)". Go to Crowsnest.com for track samples of this album."
Soothing but not boring
