"I loved the Desert Rose Band.....The first album hardly left my cassette player after I bought it ( at least for a while ). Then I remember a concert at Denver Zoo with DRB promoting this album "pages of life". Live they were great, Jorgensen is incredible as Sir Elton John will testify, while Chris and Herb have two of the sweetest voices God ever created. The songs deal with Thirty-something issues but in a PG rated way. It is definitely thinking mans country rock for those who have grown-up with Springfield, Byrds, Flying Burritos and others these guys have grown up too!"
