The Talented Songwriting and Keyboarding of DM

""Love In Itself", an excellent tune in itself, features some horn and guitar sampling - DM's first commercial foray into acoustic instrumentation. "Love In Itself 4" may be played to a cheap drum-machine beat that sounds like it came off of a church organ, but the piano and vocal demonstrate how truly talented the Depeche Musicians are.
And speaking of truly talented Depeche Musicians - "Fools" is written by Alan Wilder, who I believe contributed around seven or eight compositions as a member of Mode. Although Martin is undoubtedly the most underrated songwriter of our time, Alan is a close second. This is one of the few DM tunes with a true keyboard solo - and it is excellent."

"I got this for the B-side "Fools". I only get the singles if the B-sides have lyrics. I recommend this for all Depeche fans."
