"Too bad "Big Lizard in my Backyard" isn't available anymore. Although this disc does contain "Bitchin' Camaro" ("my parents drove it up from the Bahamas"), "Laundromat Song", and "Beach Song", it misses some of the greatest from this older album. Where is "Tiny Town", a song about inbreeding in an isolated town? Where is "Takin' Retards to the Zoo", as politically incorrect and cruel a song as punk rock every created. Where is "Violent School", with it's almost prescient description of sex, drugs and violence in high schools that we hear so much about these days?Granted, this disc is only about $7, and it does have catchy songs such as "Punk Rock Girl", which do describe the essence of this Philadelphia group, but this collection will not make me miss "Big Lizard"."
Not A Good Idea...

"The price is tempting, but this is a poor selection and the arrangement isn't very well thought out. I don't even see the need for a compilation, as their early albums were consistant from start to finish. If you want the Milkmen's career summed up concisely, see 'Death Rides a Pale Cow'. As for their most solid album, my pick would be 'Big Lizard'."
Not really the best

"Death Rides a Pale Cow is definately a better way to get a wide sampling of the various styles that the Dead Milkmen used.If you can't own all of the albums they made, go with that one."
Nice price, but too short!

"The Dead Milkmen are great and this may be the perfect introduction to their music, but this album is only like 15 minutes long. The price is right, but a greatest hits album that's only 15 minutes is lame and a disservice to the Dead Milkmen (if their not the one's behind it).Don't miss Stewart, Bichin Camaro, Smokin' Banana Peels, and Punk Rock Girl."
