Synopsis

Product Description
For more than two decades, De/Vision members Steffan Keth and Thomas Adam
have been captivating fans of electronic pop music. Over this span of time, the
band has released 10 albums, gone through lineup changes, experimented with
styles, and written a slew of enduring pop classics. Hot on the heels of the critically
acclaimed album NOOB, the boys from De/Vision have once again emerged from
the studio with all new material. Working together with their favorite producer team,
Schumann & Bach, the new album is a worthy addition to De/Vision s musical
legacy. Seamlessly moving from danceable tracks such as Flash of Life to the
slower, lyrically driven Be A Light To Yourself, Popgefahr is a well-rounded,
cohesive album.

CD Reviews

Time to be alive
E. Anderson | 03/25/2010
(5 out of 5 stars)

"I haven't been a De/Vision fan for too long. It has been a couple of years since my first De/Vision concert that got me hooked on to their brand of synthpop. Popgefahr is the Steffen Keth and Thomas Adam's newest album that was just released this week. I got my copy this past Monday. I have not been able to stop listening to Popgefahr. The music is addictive and infectious. The pop melodies will stick in the listener's head for a long time. I know I have the songs to "Plastic Heart" and "Twisted Story" stuck in my head. There is not one single track on the album that I did not like. They all sounded great. The group left me wanting more but that is a good thing. It is better to have an album that is short yet good than have it long and boring."
Best Album in Years!
J. Caron | Orem, UT United States | 05/04/2010
(5 out of 5 stars)

"I own most of De/vision's albums and this one is possibly their best. It's extremely catchy and infectious. I especially love Time to Be Alive, Plastic Heart and Until the End of Time. The latter is so good, I have to press repeat and listen to it four or five times in a row. I highly recommend this to De/vison fans and people who like synth/electronic pop with bite."
My Favorite De/Vision Album in years
Paul Genesse | Salt Lake City, UT USA | 05/03/2010
(5 out of 5 stars)

"I'm a huge De/Vision fan. I own every album and have loved their music for years. This is such a great album, my favorite of theirs in years. It has it all, fast pop songs, cool sad ones, and in infectious groove. If you have never bought a De/Vision album, this is a great one to start with. It gets me going in the morning and powers me through my day. I think because I'm a "Mandroid."
