"When you hear the voice, there is no question. It is Davy Vain and he has put a lot of thought into this release. The music is a little lighter than the past. There are melodic background vocals and some wonderful harmonic work that fill the music out quite nicely. I was also happy that it was not a short CD. Vain fans will love it as I did. I played it for some friends who had never heard of Vain and they thought it was great. This CD can open a new following for Davy Vain. I hope he reads this and keeps putting out great music."

"Davy Vain is the one of the very few survivors of the original sleaze wave of 80's today. His first album No respect is a real glam classic and bands live shows were no less than amazing. Thanx to the record company band never managed to see their second album "all those strangers" on the shelves.Dave didnt give up and made 2 brilliant albums in 90's against all odds and no promotion. Dave's back with another great slice of sleaze with great melancolic melodies topped with his sticky sweet vocals that makes him so original.Like his last 2 releases this album is criminally overlooked by the critics who prefer to jump newcomers vagons instead of giving a chance to bands like vain. Every song stands for itself and well played , the originality of the music that Vain makes is still here. It also sounds fresh and undated, despite Dave's efforts to unchange his winning formula. Songs like Trinity and Fly again will win you over in seconds and will never let you go. If you are in to hard rock, sleaze and even modern rock give Vain a chance. Bands and music like this is hard to come by these days. Well done Mr Vain!"
