Arkenstone on an ambitious musical world tour.

"Citizen Of Time is early David Arkenstone, but his potential was evident on this album, released in 1990. Not only is this a musical world tour, but as the title indicates, a trip back through time as well. Ambitious, to be sure, and the music doesn't always measure up, but there are many nice moments. "Explorers" continues to be one of my all-time favorite Arkenstone pieces. A nice early effort."
