"This is not a McKenna solo album. You will hear very little of McKenna here-on. This album was originally recorded in 1977 and is a remaster done in 2001. ... No aknowlegement is given to the other performers period. I don't recommend this recording."

"This 1977 recording, produced by the legendary Harry Lim, feaures a sextet made up of Al Cohn, Warren Vache, Scott Hamilton (in a very early recorded appearance), McKenna, Milt Hinton, and Butch Miles. No new ground gets broken here, but this is extremely skilled and inspired swing playing by some latter day masters of the form, and is a pleasure from beginning to end."
